This Privacy Policy also provides certain information that is legally required and lists certain of your rights in relation to your personal data under applicable law from May 2018 to address The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

        We collect Personal Data when you use or interact with our Site and Services, including when you register with us, browse our products online,  or make online bookings or purchases from us. This Personal Data may     include name, address, phone number, username and password, email address and location data.  We do not hold credit card details or bank account details.
  • When you communicate with us or sign up for promotional materials or mobile app offers.
        We collect Personal Data when you communicate with us or sign up to receive promotional materials or information, including email address and phone number and birthdate (optional).
  • When we collect data from third parties or publicly-available sources.
        We may obtain certain data about you from third-party sources to help us provide and improve our services and for marketing and advertising.  We may receive information about you from Third Parties that you have authorised to share such information with us.

        We may disclose your Personal Data as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or court order or similar legal process, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, to     protect our property, to protect your safety, our safety or the safety of  others; to enforce our Terms & Conditions of Business, this Privacy Policy, and other agreements, fraud prevention or investigation or to respond to a government request.   Where possible & legally permissible we will consult you in advance of such disclosure. We will reject any Third Party requests for Personal Data that are not legally binding.

        We may disclose your Personal Data to a Third Party in connection with a  contemplated reorganisation or an actual reorganisation of our business,  in connection with financing, a sale, acquisition or other transaction     involving the disposal of all or part of our business or assets, including for permitting the due diligence required to decide whether to proceed with a transaction.

4.         Marketing.

If you consent to the use of your Personal Data for marketing purposes, tick the relevant box situated on the form on which we collect our personal information.  There will always be an Unsubscribe option in all our marketing mails which you can use at any time to unsubscribe from any further email receipt.

You can also delete our mobile application /website bookmarks from your phone and cache records and remove any online bookmarks related to our sites.

5. DATA RETENTION

Where we no longer need to process your Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, we will delete your Personal Data from our systems.

MyApp.ie and SalonSolutions and associated Services and systems may be stored on secure servers in Europe and the USA.  Where legally permissible we may collect, use, disclose and other process your Personal Data in countries outside of your country of residence which may have different data protection rules.

8. DATA SUBJECT ACCESS,MODIFICATION, AND DELETION RIGHTS

9.  SECURITY AND LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect against unauthorised or unlawful processing of Personal Data and against the accidental loss, destruction, or damage of Personal Data. Please be advised, however, that we cannot fully eliminate security risks associated with the storage and transmission of Personal Data, thus we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any Personal Data you transmit to or store with us and you transfer and store such data at your own risk.  You are also responsible for the security of your Personal Data by taking precautionary measures, such as keeping any account password confidential and using secure wireless connections.

Our Site(s) or Services may provide a link or otherwise provide access to another website, mobile application, or Internet location (collectively“Third-Party Sites”). We take confidentiality &security of your Personal Data seriously and will not pass on or sell your data to anyone, unless there is a legal reason.
